LMS Support Analyst

100% Remote

6+ month contract

Overview: End user support, system administration, and testing, for our global LMS, Saba Cloud (predominantly handling intake of all Saba L2/L3 support tickets using ServiceNow)

 

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 year HR functional experience with heavy system administration knowledge OR 2 year prior HRIS/HRMS, database or system administration experience required
  • Experience with informal project management and ability to see project from initiation to execution
  • Microsoft Word/PowerPoint proficiency required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) required
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and build credibility with internal teams
  • Ability to provide the highest level of service to customer base
  • Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to self-direct work, effectively multi-task, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable Ability to maintain confidentiality with internal HR teams

    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with designing and troubleshooting data interfaces and reporting
    • Learning & Development experience
