Service Desk Analyst

Type: Full time (100% Remote to start)

Note: Shift is First Shift (9am-6pm) (8am-5pm) or (8:30am-5:30 pm); Local candidates at this time. Eventually this will be back in the office located in Downtown Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities: This individual will provide high quality customer service interactions with the firm’s end user population via the telephone and email. They will facilitate and resolve a wide variety of requests, inquiries and IT concerns with the use of their strong technical knowledge of hardware and software. The Service Desk Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience providing direct and exceptional user support in a high performance culture
- 2+ years experience supporting Windows-based computers, including Microsoft Windows 10 as well as Smartphones, e.g., iPhone, Android
- Prior experience supporting Microsoft Office Applications and Remote Access technology, such as Citrix
- Preferred background/experience includes: ITIL and Microsoft Office Application certifications; Experience using and supporting Adobe Acrobat, iManage Document Management Solutions, Avaya Telephony, Blackberry Work, and Mac in an enterprise as well as experience deploying operating systems with SCCM
