We are looking for an energetic Technical Recruiter to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our organization. Your main responsibility will be seeking out and identifying the best candidates for open positions at Forbes Technical Consulting.

 

We will teach you the fundamentals of technical sourcing. We will show you the ropes and help you learn the business so you can be successful. You will be responsible for learning the qualifications for key technical positions, reaching out to candidates with the appropriate skill set, updating our applicant tracking system, and working with senior recruiters to qualify candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Ladders, etc) and networking through social media, internal database, job boards, user groups, company targets, referrals etc.)
• You will use your talent sourcing/research skills to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates
• Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization
• Research, coordinate and attend online and in-person networking events and communities to build network and resource pool
• Research the internet for additional ways to attract and source applicants
• Build solid working relationships with FTC Recruiters
• Maintain data of all information stored in Applicant Tracking System
• Other Talent Acquisition duties

 

Required skills and education:

• The fire and drive to reach and surpass goals in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree(preferred)
• Intelligent, highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand, time sensitive, changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team with customer service focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
