Social Media Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (6+ months)

• Oversight and coordination of content scheduling of select agency-created content on an ongoing and timely basis
• Coordinate internal social team’s feedback on various agency-created content & projects while acting as social team’s primary liaison for ongoing agency projects
• Creating, curating, and publishing a small percentage of social media content for social media channels
• Maintenance & support of social content calendars

• Provide secondary support for larger campaigns & initiatives as needed (content creation, campaign management, execution assistance)
• Collaboration with other teams to coordinate and amplify marketing campaigns

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a social media management role
• Knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, English or technology-related
• Creativity and immersion in social media, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
• Proficient in various social media tools, strong familiarity with Sprinklr is a plus
• Ability to work with a variety of partners and team members across different projects
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with both organic and paid social media content on key platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram
• Highly self-motivated & strong organizational skills
• Strong time management & communication
• Excellent writing and language skills
• Some knowledge of Photoshop or other image-creation tools such as Canva
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
