  • Responsible for AR, AP, GL, and payroll
  • Pay vendors by preparing and scheduling checks, verifying federal ID numbers, contractor registrations, resolving invoice or payment discrepancies, ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos and issuing stop payments
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Understand Sales and Use Tax regulations per state
  • Maintain employee personnel records and manage time sheets


Required skills:

  • 2+ years Office Management experience
  • Proficient in construction accounting software, Sage or Timberline preferred, as well as Microsoft Office software
  • Experience managing lien waivers
  • Experience processing a certified payroll
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
